Available in chrome or brushed nickel finish, this open vent single handle faucet with lever handle delivers instant hot water up to 208 degrees when used with the Ready Hot instant hot water tank (sold separately).

To prevent accidental operation, a safety lock mechanism requires the lever to be depressed from the top and rotated downward to activate. The hot water faucet is lead-free and insulated, with a filter screen in the spout to filter deposits and provide good water flow. The CASIS (Complete Above Sink Installation System) makes installation quick and easy, with a quick connector attached.
